Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Overview

Infinity Matrix LLP provides comprehensive warranties on all products and installation services. Warranties are subject to terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Product Warranties

2.1 Solar Panels

• Performance Warranty: 25 years (minimum 80% efficiency at end of term)
• Product Warranty: 10-12 years (manufacturing defects)
• Linear Performance: Maximum 2.5% degradation in year 1, 0.7% annually thereafter

2.2 Inverters

• Standard Inverters: 5 years manufacturer warranty
• Premium Inverters: 10 years manufacturer warranty
• Extended Warranty: Available for additional cost

2.3 Battery Storage Systems

• Lithium-ion Batteries: 10 years or 6,000 cycles
• Capacity Warranty: Minimum 70% capacity retention at end of warranty

2.4 EV Chargers

• AC Chargers: 3 years manufacturer warranty
• DC Fast Chargers: 2 years with optional AMC
• Components: Cables and connectors - 1 year

2.5 Mounting Structures

• Aluminum Structures: 10 years
• Galvanized Steel: 25 years
• Fasteners & Hardware: 5 years

3. Installation Workmanship Warranty

• Residential Installations: 5 years
• Commercial Installations: 3 years
• Covers: Installation defects, wiring, mounting, waterproofing
• Does Not Cover: Damage from natural disasters, customer modifications, third-party interference

4. Warranty Conditions

4.1 Validity Requirements

• Installation by Infinity Matrix LLP or authorized partners
• Proper system operation and maintenance as per guidelines
• Original purchaser (non-transferable unless property is sold)
• Installation in India only
• Compliance with all electrical codes and regulations

4.2 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Force majeure events (lightning, floods, earthquakes, etc.)
• Damage from improper voltage or grid issues
• Vandalism or theft
• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers

5. Warranty Claims Process

5.1 Reporting

5.2 Information Required

• Invoice/Order number
• Installation date and location
• Detailed description of issue
• Photos/videos of the problem
• System monitoring data (if applicable)

5.3 Assessment & Resolution

• Initial assessment within 48 hours
• Site visit scheduled if required (within 5-7 business days)
• Diagnosis and repair plan provided
• Resolution timeline: 15-30 days depending on issue complexity

5.4 Remedy Options

Based on assessment, we will:

• Repair the defective product/installation
• Replace with equivalent or better product
• Provide pro-rata refund (for performance warranty failures)

6. Extended Warranty Options

Extended warranty packages available at additional cost:

• Inverter Extended: Extend from 5 to 10 years
• Comprehensive Care: All components + workmanship for 10 years
• Performance Plus: Guaranteed energy output levels

7. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty validity:

• Annual cleaning and inspection recommended
• Quarterly visual inspection by owner
• Immediate reporting of any issues
• Optional AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) available

8. Warranty Transfer

Warranties may be transferred in case of property sale:

• Notify us within 30 days of property transfer
• Provide sale deed and new owner details
• Transfer fee: ₹5,000 (one-time)
• Balance warranty period transfers to new owner

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as specified. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect damages resulting from product failure.

10. Dispute Resolution

Warranty disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, matters shall be subject to arbitration as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
