3. Orders & Quotations

3.1. All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

3.2. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, government policies, and product availability.

3.3. Orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment as per the payment terms.

3.4. Site surveys and technical assessments may be required before final quotation confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment terms vary based on project size and type:

• Residential Projects: Typically 30% advance, 60% during installation, 10% after commissioning
• Commercial Projects: As per agreed milestone-based payment schedule
• Products: Full payment before delivery unless credit terms are pre-approved

4.2. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Cheque, UPI, or as mutually agreed.

4.3. GST and other applicable taxes are additional as per government regulations.

5. Installation & Commissioning

5.1. Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on site conditions, weather, and regulatory approvals.

5.2. The customer must ensure site readiness including:

• Structural adequacy of rooftop/mounting area
• Access to installation site
• Necessary electrical approvals and connections
• Clear communication with building authorities if required

6. Warranty & Maintenance

6.1. Product warranties are as per manufacturer specifications (typically 10-25 years for solar panels).

6.2. Installation workmanship warranty: 5 years from date of commissioning.

6.3. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available as optional add-ons.

6.4. Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of issue discovery with supporting documentation.

7. Subsidy & Government Schemes

7.1. We assist in subsidy applications for government schemes like PM-Surya Ghar Yojana and PM-KUSUM.

7.2. Subsidy approval and disbursement are subject to government policies and timelines.

7.3. We do not guarantee subsidy approval; our role is limited to application assistance.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

8.1. Cancellation policies vary based on project stage. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

8.2. Advance payments may be partially or non-refundable depending on procurement and work completed.

9. Liability & Indemnification

9.1. Infinity Matrix LLP is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or customer negligence.

9.2. Our liability is limited to the contract value for the specific project/product.

9.3. Customers indemnify us against claims arising from misuse or unauthorized modifications.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials on this website are proprietary to Infinity Matrix LLP and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.

11.2. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
