Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to products and services provided by Infinity Matrix LLP. Given the customized nature of solar installations and EV charging systems, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions.

2. Return Policy for Products

2.1 Solar Panels & Modules

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Return shipping costs borne by customer unless product is defective
  • Installed panels are not eligible for return

2.2 Inverters & Electrical Components

  • Returns within 7 days if product is unused with intact seals and original packaging
  • Warranty claims handled as per manufacturer warranty terms
  • No returns after installation

2.3 EV Chargers & Accessories

  • Returns within 14 days if product is unused and in original condition
  • Installation voids return eligibility
  • Accessories returns within 7 days

3. Cancellation & Refund for Services

3.1 Before Site Survey

Full refund of advance payment minus administrative charges (5% or ₹5,000, whichever is lower).

3.2 After Site Survey, Before Material Procurement

Refund of 80% of advance payment. 20% retained for survey costs, design, and administrative expenses.

3.3 After Material Procurement

Refund calculated as: Total Payment - (Material Cost + 20% of Service Charges)

3.4 During or After Installation

No refunds. Customer remains liable for completed work and materials procured.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Site survey and consultation fees
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Installed equipment (unless covered under warranty for defects)
  • Government subsidy processing fees
  • Third-party services and permits

5. Refund Process

5.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

5.2. Include order details, reason for refund, and supporting documents

5.3. Refund approval decision within 7-10 business days

5.4. Approved refunds processed within 15-20 business days

5.5. Refunds issued to original payment method

6. Warranty vs. Return

Product defects discovered after installation period should be addressed through warranty claims, not return requests. Please refer to our Warranty Policy.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God.
