Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Scope of Delivery

This policy applies to the delivery of solar equipment, EV chargers, and related products sold by Infinity Matrix LLP. Installation services follow separate timelines as per project agreements.

2. Delivery Timelines

2.1 Standard Products

  • Solar Panels: 7-14 business days
  • Inverters & Controllers: 5-10 business days
  • EV Chargers: 10-15 business days
  • Accessories: 3-7 business days

2.2 Customized Solutions

Custom-designed systems and made-to-order products: 3-6 weeks depending on specifications.

2.3 Large Projects

Commercial and industrial installations: Timelines specified in project agreement.

3. Delivery Locations

We deliver across India with coverage in 20+ states and union territories including:

  • Metro Cities: Free delivery for orders above ₹50,000
  • Tier 2 Cities: Free delivery for orders above ₹75,000
  • Remote Areas: Delivery charges apply based on location
  • Hilly/Island Regions: Extended timeline and additional charges

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges calculated based on:

  • Order value and weight
  • Delivery location and distance
  • Type of products (fragile/oversized)
  • Urgency (standard/express delivery)

Exact charges displayed at checkout or in quotation.

5. Delivery Process

5.1 Order Confirmation

After order placement and payment, you'll receive confirmation with estimated delivery date.

5.2 Tracking

Tracking details provided via SMS/Email once shipment is dispatched.

5.3 Delivery Notification

You'll receive advance notification before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive.

5.4 Inspection at Delivery

Customers should inspect packages for visible damage before accepting delivery. Report damages immediately to delivery personnel and our team.

6. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics)
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Transportation strikes or disruptions
  • Customs clearance (for imported products)
  • Incorrect/incomplete delivery address
  • Customer unavailability

We'll notify you promptly of any significant delays.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability:

  • First Attempt: Rescheduled at no extra cost
  • Second Attempt: Rescheduled at no extra cost
  • Third Attempt: Re-delivery charges may apply
  • After 3 attempts: Order may be returned; return shipping charges applicable

8. Address Changes

Address modification requests accepted before shipment dispatch. After dispatch, additional charges may apply for address changes.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damage/packaging
  • Do not dispose of packaging until issue is resolved
  • We'll arrange replacement or refund as appropriate

10. Installation Services

For products with installation services, delivery is coordinated with installation schedule. Installation team will transport and set up equipment directly at site.

11. Insurance

All shipments are insured for damage/loss in transit. Claims processed as per insurance terms.
